All of our products are curated by our lead veterinarian! The are all products that we either would, or DO use with our own fur babies.

We do not sell cheap rip-offs – we use and respect high quality manufacturing and the quality assurance that this entails!
Do I need to make an account to buy from your site?

No! We welcome guests, however, making an account can make it easier for repeat purchases in future.

We do, however, require you to make an account which must be approved for our wholesale section. This area is only open to veterinary clinics, groomers and pet product retailers with a registered ABN.
Can I pick up in person?

Currently we do not have a permanent store front, just our warehouse. For health and safety reasons (Covid) we do not allow pick ups from our warehouse.

In future, we will be returning to open air markets, and can arrange pick ups from these! Subscribe to our emails and we will send you updates about when and where we will be attending these with some of our new and exciting stock. Stop by and say hi, we are always happy to have a chat!
Can I cancel my order?

All orders are managed in real time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure super fast dispatch and delivery. Once your order is placed, it is either sent to our warehouse or our distributors automatically so that your items can be sent on their way! This unfortunately means we cannot alter or cancel orders easily. Please send us a message and we will do our best to achieve this for you, but once your package is on its way - it's on its way! You are welcome to return your order to us if you change your mind once you have contacted us (but not via Return to Sender as per our returns policy).
Price Matching

Unfortunately we do not offer price matching.

The products that we supply are of high quality and we do not wish to diminish the reputation of the brands that we supply.

We are also a locally owned small business that already has competitive pricing. We hope you understand!
What if I want to get more information about your product(s)?

Most of our products are well described, often including technical information and some other FAQs on the side.

However, we are more than happy to give you more information about our products and their uses! Please simply contact our support team either via our email or contact form!

If you aren't quite sure what you're after but have a pet problem that needs a solution - chances are we have or know of one! Never hurts to send us an email and we can point you in the right direction, even if it isn't here with us!
What if the item(s) I'm interested in are listed as out of stock?

Sometimes we do run out of products or are waiting on our distributors/manufacturers to either ship or supply us.

Please click the notify me when back in stock or send us an email and we will notify you once they are back in stock.

Alternatively, check back regularly as we update stock information as we get deliveries.
