They describe the rights and responsibilities of both you and us. We shall not be responsible for any detriment incurred by reliance you place on this website or its contents. Use of this website is on an "as is" basis and is entirely at your risk.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies as they are identified.
All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products supplied may be of different size and or colour.
PRODUCT PRICES
The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price in Australian dollars, including GST, for the product itself but does not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination. All transactions are processed in AUD.
We always seek to provide products at competitive prices, and reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and Fastway couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Shipping across certain parts of Australia are currently subject to delays due to flight restrictions due to Covid-19. Freighting is covered by insurance, however once signed for this insurance is void. Make sure all items are checked prior to signing for them.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We retain absolute discretion to refuse to allow an account to be established, to terminate accounts, to remove or edit content where the account has not been kept in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password. Your password and account details are stored on a secure server for ease of use in processing future orders or for warranty claims. The information is only used to process your orders, for statistical purposes that may improve our website and its services, and to allow us to notify you of special offers or new products via our newsletters.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors unless prior arrangement has been agreed upon with written consent from both parties.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivering the product ordered by you or non delivery of the product.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what the product is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please contact us should this occur.
WARRANTIES
All warranty issues are handled by ourselves in Australia. Any item that is subject to a warranty claim will need to be returned to us by the customer (at their cost) in order for us to process a claim with the manufacturer. A postage paid parcel or label will need to be supplied for replacement item/s by customer. Please contact us to arrange this or if you are unsure on the manufacturers warranty.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Arktos Suppliers is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct, however, there are sometimes human errors. If this does occur, you will be notified within 2-5 business days once we are contacted or the issues arises. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We sell and deliver products ONLY WITHIN Australia currently.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All of 'Odin's Elixirs' products and services are the intellectual property of Arktos Suppliers.
The web site, products, technology and processes contained in this web site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by third parties. No license is granted in respect of those intellectual property rights other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this web site and material on it must not in any way infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.
SECURITY
When you register your personal details to establish an account or to place an order, a secure server is used. We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
When purchasing from Arktos Suppliers, your financial details are encrypted at rest with AES-256 with Stripe. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allow list. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment.
CONTRACT OF SALE
These terms together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products. No other terms will apply except where terms may be implied by law. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or via email.
